Our managing director is a developer and home builder with 25 years in the construction industry.
He has completed over 50 units as a developer and contract builder.
In 2015, our project for Lord David Willets was named 1 of the Top 10 Small Developments of the Year by Premier Guarantee. The 9 others were all in central London. In addition to this, our director was named 1 of the Top 5 Project Managers of the Year in the UK. His diverse experience afforded him the opportunity to advise the think tank, Resolution Foundation, of possible improvements to the general standard of affordable housing within the industry.
We have extensive knowledge of the planning process, construction legals, land acquisition, deal structure and negotiation, finance procurement and all phases of home build from beginning to completion.
