Butterfields, a finished home built by UK Signature Homes: cedar cladding and clay tiles, an oak-framed glazed gable at its centre, a cart lodge to the right and five-bar gates across the gravel drive

Hampshire, Dorset and West Sussex

Building quality homes. Creating better places.

Exceptional homes, built by our own team.

Butterfields, built by UK Signature Homes.

  1. The concrete ground-floor slab of a new home on a cleared plot at dawn, mist over the fields behind

    01 The foundations

Every great home starts with a vision.

The plot is set out and the foundations go in. Everything that follows depends on getting this part exactly right.

  2. The timber roof frame going on a new home under a grey sky after rain

    02 The structure

Built with precision. Designed with purpose.

Brick and block rise course by course, then the roof goes up timber by timber, inspected at key stages by independent inspectors.

  3. A new home with its clay tile roof, cedar cladding and oak porch finished on bare ground as the sun breaks through

    03 The finishing touches

    Every detail matters.

Clay tiles laid row by row, cedar cladding and an oak porch: the details you notice every time you come home.

  4. The finished home and its garage at sunset, the windows and garden lights glowing

    04 The finished home

From the ground up. A place to call home.

Then the keys, and the Home Passport for the house.

Our show home

Monument House.

Our own home, and the clearest picture of the homes we build: designed with care and finished to the highest standard, from the kitchen to the smallest bathroom detail.

The kitchen at Monument House: a long run of pale grey shaker units with brass handles, a marble splashback and worktop, two built-in ovens and an island in the foreground
The island kitchen at Monument House: a navy island with a marble worktop and blue velvet stools under three glass pendant lights, pale grey units and a marble splashback behind
A glass-fronted wine wall at Monument House, its bottles lit from above and set against a timber back panel
A large black-framed window in a bedroom at Monument House, looking out over open fields and trees
A marble vessel basin with a black wall-mounted tap at Monument House, a fluted tiled wall beside it and a window onto trees beyond
A bathroom at Monument House: stone-effect tiles, a floating grey vanity with a marble top, a backlit mirror and an oak door

Current developments

Our own developments, now and next.

Catisfield Mews is underway: three detached family homes, completing in spring 2027. Plans and prices are published as each home is released, and people who register their interest hear first. If you own land, we would like to hear about it.

What stands behind every home we build.

  • 10‑year structural warranty

The structure of every new home we build is covered for ten years.

  • Independent inspections

Our work is checked by independent inspectors, not only by the people who built it.

  • Consumer Code for New Homes

We are registered with the Code, which sets out how buyers must be treated before and after they buy.

  • Fair Payment Code

We hold the Code at Gold, so the trades and suppliers who build your home are paid fairly and on time.

  • The Home Passport

Home Passport by UK Signature Homes: every certificate, warranty and manual for your home in one place, for life.

  • How we build, check and look after every home, set out in full.
