We describe our homes and developments as carefully as we can, but the website is general information and not an offer. Plans, specifications, prices, availability and dates can change. Pictures marked as computer-generated show how a home is designed to look, not a finished home. Please check anything important with us before you rely on it. The terms of buying a home are set out in its reservation and sale documents, not on this website.

Our content

The words, photographs, drawings and logo on this website belong to us or to the people who made them. You are welcome to view, print or share pages for your own use. Please ask us before you copy or use any of it for anything else.

Links to other websites

We link to other websites, such as our Instagram and Facebook pages and Google Maps. We do not control them and are not responsible for what they contain or how they use your information.

The Home Passport

The Home Passport is for the owners of homes we have built. Keep your sign-in details to yourself and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used them. Your access ends when you sell the home, as our privacy notice explains.
