Land & Partnerships

Land

We source land for new homes across Hampshire, Dorset and West Sussex. If you own a site, or act for someone who does, we would like to hear about it.

  • In-house planning

A dedicated planning consultant guides each site through the planning process, with considered advice and alternatives.

  • Deal structuring

We handle the structure of each deal, so landowners and agents work with one team from the first conversation.

  • Finance

We arrange the funding, backed by our partnership with Daizun Investments, specialists in development finance.

  • We build it

Our own team builds the homes, with independent inspections at key stages.
