UK Signature Homes is a Hampshire-based building company crafting exceptional homes across Hampshire, Dorset and West Sussex, led by Matt Lloyd and Tambye Harvey Lloyd.
Our story
Nearly thirty years of building, and a name to live up to.
Our Managing Director, Matt Lloyd, has spent 29 years in construction and has completed over 50 bespoke homes along the way.
Today our team brings knowledge across every part of creating a home: planning and legal frameworks, land acquisition, deal structuring, finance procurement and the careful execution of every phase of construction.
We pride ourselves on professionalism, clear communication and long-standing relationships with our tradespeople, every one of them vetted for quality, reliability and integrity. It is why we put our name on every home we build.

Matt Lloyd
Managing Director
Matt started in construction at 16 and has 29 years' experience. He leads the company with drive and absolute focus, rose to Contracts Manager young and understands building from the ground up. He has received several nominations for LABC awards and has advised the Resolution Foundation on housing standards.
Tambye Harvey Lloyd
Director
Tambye came to the UK as an international performer, and her career spans entertainment, hospitality and construction. Before joining the industry in 2013 she was an award-winning corporate trainer and an entertainment manager for luxury cruise lines. She brings a highly organised, practical approach to planning and to making every client's experience a good one.
Andy Bushnell
Project Manager and Finishing Foreman
Andy brings nearly 50 years in construction. He progressed from building bespoke timber frame homes to managing major London projects, including work for Hilton Hotels and the Kuwaiti royal family. Away from site, he runs and paddle boards.
Natasha Haynes
Project Manager
Natasha has been a project manager with us for four years. Through relentless training she has mastered the role, bringing a disciplined, focused mindset to every project and holding it to the highest standard. She also runs her own online fitness coaching business.
Steve Thew
Logistics Operator
Steve keeps materials moving. He coordinates our supply chain, from distribution planning to site deliveries, with a reliable, solution-first approach, and still spends several months of each year living in Thailand.
