Independent inspections
Checked by people who did not build it.
Quality is monitored throughout construction, with independent inspections at key stages of the build.
We usually work with MC Plan and Site Services to provide independent oversight from the ground up, helping to make sure every home is built to the standards it must meet.
It matters most in the work nobody sees once a home is finished, such as the foundations and the structure behind the plaster. That is why an outside eye checks the build at key stages, not only at the end.
Protection
Covered for ten years, and treated fairly from the first conversation.
10‑year structural warranty
Our new homes carry recognised 10‑year structural warranty protection. We work with established warranty providers and choose the right warranty for each development.
Consumer Code for New Homes
We are a registered member of the Code, which sets out how buyers must be treated before and after they buy, and gives them access to an independent dispute resolution scheme.
Fair Payment Code, Gold
We hold the Fair Payment Code at Gold for paying our trades and suppliers fairly and promptly. The Code is run by the Office of the Small Business Commissioner.
Home Passport
Every home leaves with its Home Passport.
Home Passport by UK Signature Homes keeps the certificates, warranties, manuals and maintenance information for your home in one place, and it stays with the house if it is ever sold.
