MEET THE TEAM

Natasha is a valued project manager who has been with us for 4 years and her love for fitness and the construction industry shapes her mindset: disciplined, focused, and always pushing for progress. She ensures the highest standards and exceptional outcomes on every project.

Simon brings over 20 years of experience in the building industry, including time with Crest Nicholson and apprenticeships in electrical, plumbing, and general building. A former volunteer crew member with the RNLI and a background in IT technical support, Simon brings energy and integrity as our newest member of the team.

Andy comes to us with nearly 50 years’ experience in construction. He progressed from hands-on roles building bespoke timber frame homes to managing major London projects, including work for Hilton Hotels and the Kuwait royal family. In his spare time, he enjoys running and paddleboarding.
