Rising to Contracts Manager at a young age, his natural leadership & commercial instinct quickly set him apart. Matt understands construction from the ground up & sets high standards at every level. Never afraid to step in when it counts, he leads from the front & embodies the company’s core values: quality, efficiency and exacting standards. He has received multiple LABC award nominations & has also contributed his expertise by advising the Resolution Think Tank on the construction industry.

Andy comes to us with nearly 50 years’ experience in construction. He progressed from hands-on roles building bespoke timber frame homes to managing major London projects, including work for Hilton Hotels and the Kuwait royal family. In his spare time, he enjoys running and paddle boarding.
